Contract broaching with FORST broaching machines
Our contract broaching services use vertical broaching machines in Solingen with up to 120 metric tons of tensile force for helical and hard broaching.
Contract hardening for long and slim workpieces
FORST’s hardening specialists are experts in hardening and annealing high-speed steel, PM and HIP materials, cold and hot forming steels, as well as quenching and tempering of cold forming steels under vacuum. The company has two vacuum furnaces for workpiece/tool diameters of up to 600 mm and lengths of up to 2,800 mm for these tasks.
FORST Räum- und Härtetechnik GmbH specializes in hardening, annealing and straightening sensitive components like broaching tools, extruder screws, rollers and guiderails, and is certified to ISO 9001:2015.
